Every order is shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of the product name, pharmacy, or website on the exterior of the package, helping to protect your confidentiality throughout the delivery process. Refund Policy

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered, we will, at our discretion and subject to our verification process:

• Issue a full refund using your original payment method.
